Smith and Myers at Bayou Music Center

Smith and Myers, the acoustic duo featuring Shinedown members Brent Smith and Zach Myers, brings a stripped-back take on rock to Bayou Music Center in Houston, Texas, on December 15, 2026. Known for reworking familiar songs with expressive vocals and guitar-led arrangements, the pair offer a different perspective from Shinedown's full-band sound. Fans can explore this Houston Concerts listing in the Pop / rock category at tickets-houston.net.

Smith and Myers first drew attention through their intimate cover performances, later releasing original material alongside reinterpretations. Their recordings include the albums Volume 1 and Volume 2, which showcase the duo's blend of acoustic rock, ballads, and carefully chosen covers. The Houston date gives local listeners a chance to experience that more personal format in a downtown concert setting. Specific tour details, supporting acts, and setlist information have not been announced.

Bayou Music Center sits in Houston's central entertainment district, making the event a convenient option for visitors planning an evening downtown. Allow time for city traffic and check event-day guidance before setting out, particularly if coordinating dinner or other plans nearby. Ticket availability and prices can change; prices currently start around $40 and may vary by seat location and demand.

Venue and Seating Information

Bayou Music Center is an indoor performance venue with reserved seating and standing-room configurations that can vary by event. For the clearest view, seats closer to the stage and near the center are generally a strong choice when available. Side or rear locations may offer a broader view of the room, though sightlines depend on the event layout and the specific seat.

Review the seating map for the Smith and Myers performance before purchasing, since the stage setup can affect which sections are open and how the audience is arranged. If the show uses a general-admission floor, arrive early to improve your position; for reserved seating, compare the listed section and row rather than relying on section names alone.

Parking Information

Parking options around the venue include downtown garages, surface lots, and event-day parking facilities. Availability and rates can change, so confirm current details with the facility before you travel.

• Consider nearby downtown garages or lots and allow extra time for traffic and post-show departures.
• Check posted restrictions and event-day signs before leaving your vehicle; do not assume an informal or restricted space is available for concert parking.
• Compare parking options in advance and confirm the total price, hours, and walking distance to the venue.
